1. Acceptance of Seller Terms

By registering as a vendor or seller on the Maati Ratna website, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Seller Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with seller registration on the Maati Ratna website.

2. Modifications to Terms

Maati Ratna reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Seller Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the seller portal following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

3. Seller Account & Verification

To register as a seller on Maati Ratna, you must provide accurate, current, and complete legal, tax, and business information. You agree not to:

• Provide false business details, GSTIN, bank account details, or identity documentation.
• Allow unauthorized third parties to operate your seller account without explicit permission.
• Create multiple seller accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-evading purposes.
• Impersonate any brand, trademark holder, manufacturer, or legal entity.
• Access or use the seller dashboard for any unauthorized data scraping or commercial misuse.

4. Product Listing & Accuracy

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that product listings, descriptions, stock levels, images, and prices on the Maati Ratna website are accurate and compliant with applicable laws. Maati Ratna does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-submitted data. If a listing error occurs, Maati Ratna reserves the right to suspend or cancel affected orders.

5. Pricing, Commission & Payouts

When you list products on the Maati Ratna website, you agree to sell at the listed prices. Maati Ratna will deduct applicable platform commissions, service charges, and taxes prior to processing vendor payouts. Payouts are made to your registered bank account according to the standard settlement cycle.

6. Fulfillment & Customer Returns

Sellers agree to dispatch genuine orders within the promised dispatch window and adhere to platform packaging standards. In cases of defective products, wrong items delivered, or customer return requests under the Maati Ratna return policy, the seller agrees to accept return liabilities and associated charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers represent and warrant that all content, logos, images, and product designs uploaded to Maati Ratna belong to them or are properly licensed. You are not authorized to upload copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content belonging to third parties without express written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maati Ratna shall not be liable for any losses, damages, platform downtime, missed sales, or lost profits arising out of or in connection with your seller account or use of the seller dashboard, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Seller Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Seller Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Rajasthan, India.
